We have got 40 Acres farm land and spices are grown in 25 Acre of land. From this 60% of land was developed 30 years back by "Shri. Purushottam D. Tanshikar " and his brothers. Remaining 40% is developed in last 10 years. We had started to plant spices in last 7-8 years and when it started to give yield we opened it tourist. Year 2006-2007 was our first season in which we have got 1500 tourists visitors from different countries. School students are also visiting our spice farm as study tour.
